PROJECT: Paper Tim B. San Diego, CA said... |
I had a problem with paper. I had so much of it I did not know where to start. Kathleen and James offered choices of what I could do. I decided that I wanted to get rid of all the paper, or as they said, most of it. I have never seen so much scanning done in my life. But the outcome if great. Hardly any actual paper left to touch and all the scanned papers are easy to find. New systems I am getting used to and a clean office I can actually use. Oh, they did my home office too because I now had a desk I could use. |

I needed to organize my home salon, but did not know how or where to start. I like to organize and needed guidance and support from someone to get it done. I follow Organizing Resolutions Facebook page and realized they did something called Virtual Organizing. I contact them to get more information and it was exactly what I needed. I sent them pictures and they came up with a plan. They were there for me by phone and email throughout the process. It took me a while, but I got it done. Thank you! |

So, we had a huge kitchen that needed to be organized and we knew we couldn't do it ourselves. From the first phone conversation to the last day of the organizing was such a pleasant experience. They helped us make decisions that we knew we could not make if we had tried to do it ourselves - which is why we hired them. The kitchen came out beautifully - so much more functional. Every time we moved something to a new place, it made so much more sense why it should go their. Their knowledge and experience surely got us through this. Thank you Kathleen and James! |

We moved into a smaller home and we knew we were not going to keep all of our belongings, which we brought everything with us and it sat in our garage for a month. So, we contacted Organizing Resolutions and spoke with Kathleen on the phone. She understood our concerns and took action right away, arriving the next day for an assessment. We did the assessment and they offered to start that day - which I guess they do not usually do, but we were so happy they offered. They helped us organize our whole house and we so appreciated it. One thing we suggest is that if you are moving, contact Organizing Resolutions BEFORE you move. They would have helped us in our old house to get rid of things and not have to hall everything to the new house to get rid of it there. They were a blessing to us. |
PROJECT: Downsizing to Senior Living Community Mildred O., San Diego, CA said... |
I lost my husband a few years ago and decided it was time to sell our house and move into a senior community. My home was filled with 50 years of memories and I knew I could not do this myself. I was referred by the senior community I was going to be moving into to contact Organizing Resolutions for assistance. During the assessment, I found out that Kathleen helped her mother with the same kind of situation as I was in. We started the whole process the following week, which they told me was best for me to wait to help me prepare for the difficult task ahead. I truly appreciated that concern and it surely did help. The day we started I was nervous to get rid of anything. Kathleen and James were right there, holding my hand, laughing, crying and telling stories which was so helpful in this emotional state. They made the whole process as easy as they could for me. They also helped me move into my new senior living home, which I so much needed that help too. Now, I have all the stuff I wanted to keep, organized in my new place. James and Kathleen still check on me. |
PROJECT: Home Business Office Judy P., entrepreneur San Diego, CA said... |
I was a little nervous at first to have anyone into my home. When Kathleen and James arrived and shook my hand, my nerves totally went away! Such positive energy from them. We organized my home office, which was a disaster, and we had so much fun (believe it or not). It was nice we spread out the appointments because it was exhausting after 4 hours. I always looked forward to them coming back. They are such kind people and you can really see that they enjoy what they do because they are able to give back to the community. So glad I will get to see them again in a few weeks for a followup. I will definitely hire them again. |
PROJECT: Master bedroom, closet, and children's rooms Brian and Shelly H., both work outside the home and have 3 children and another child on the way Mission Valley, CA said... |
We hired Organizing Resolutions to organize our master bedroom and walk-in closet (we loved their closet re-model they have posted on their website). We had a super experience with them - always kind, positive, encouraging and just great people. Our bedroom feels so much "lighter" now with all the clutter gone. We feel like we sleep better. Our closet was a challenge. We had so many clothes all over that half of the clothes I did not even know I had. Once we got through all of them, we felt so much better knowing that clothes we had not worn for years (some still had tags on them) were going to go to someone who needed them. Our closet is so organized now! We are so thankful to Kathleen and James for helping us get through this. It is so much easier with someone there to help you along. We have hired them to work on our 3 kids bedrooms and help set up the nursery. |
