Do I need to hire a certified professional organizer over one that is not?
Short answer, no. After researching the industry, we decided not to get certified. Certification is not necessary. Certification does not guarantee quality of work. We are compassionate about what we do and truly enjoy giving back what we know to our clients. We both grew up organizing and we each have over 30 years of work experience and knowledge that involved organizing. (click here to learn about us).

As a veteran owned business, we are equally committed to supporting youth development, as we are also avid supporters of community outreach organizations which look to support transitioning youth within and outside our United States Armed Forces. |

I have things that mean a lot to me. Will I have to get rid of everything?
Stuff not only affects us with its physical presence, but it can also affect us psychologically. Together, we will work hard to assist you in the determination to keep things or let them go. However, you will always make the final decision of what stays and what goes. It is not bad to keep things; we just need to find them a home or possibly repurpose them.

How does the process work?
Our process works in three phases:
Phase One: Our team will meet you at the location in need of organizing services to evaluate the space(s) as-is utilizing our six point initial personalized S.T.A.R.K.S. Resolution Assessment. We will then, utilizing your assessment, discuss, as a collective team, any obstacles you have with the space(s), what you would like to see changed, as well as, what is currently functioning well for you in preparation for our final delivery of your S.T.A.R.K.S. Resolution Development Plan. You will then, at that time, determine if you would like to move forward, at that time we would move to Phase Two.
Phase Two: Upon agreeing to move forward, we will take the information obtained in our initial assessment and develop a strategy which will be presented in Phase Three.
Phase Three: At this appointment, with you, we will review and make any necessary tweaks of the comprehensive personalized S.T.A.R.K.S. Resolution Development Pan, and then start the project.

Will you help someone I know that needs assistance?
Yes! We can meet with anyone, however, they would have to complete our phone interview and our three phase process, then make the personal decision to work with Organizing Resolutions with Starks. The most important factor going forward is that you, as their trusted advisor and friend, provide them the emotional support they may need during that time.
